To Commission a Pet Portrait
Own an original painting of your pet which you can hang proudly in your home or buy that unique present which makes the ideal gift for a pet-loving friend.

Pricing Summary:_
Pastel Paintings :-
-up to A4 size( unframed) £280
-up to A3 size ( unframed) £350
I need high-quality photographs to paint a portrait of your pet, which shows the unique characteristics of your pet including eyes, fur, colour, markings etc.
The following tips will help you get the best photographs :-
• Avoid red eye by taking the photos outside without flash, or beside a large window.
• Take the photograph of your pet at their level and not, for instance, looking down on them.
• Make sure you get a close up of their head and shoulders for a portrait painting.
• You should get as close as possible to the pet, but still stay in focus, as this will give me the best amount of detail.
• Try to pick a day which is not too sunny (as this may cast shadows).
Placing an Order:-
1. Sending the photographs
You can send photographs :-
• in Digital format(at high resolution) by email
• on CD by post
• by hard copy in the post
• If you prefer I can also come to photograph your pet if you live within a 15 mile radius (for an additional £25 to partly cover time and travel costs)
2. Agreeing your Requirements
Once I have checked the photographs and agreed your requirements (including timescale and delivery schedule), a 25% deposit will be required.
3. Completion of Portrait
Once your portrait is completed you will be asked for the balance. This can be by debit, credit card securely online through Paypal or by cheque through the post.
On receipt of payment (if you are paying by cheque I will wait for the cheque to clear), I will dispatch your finished pet portrait work using a reputable carrier and will let you know the postal charges.
